REGISTRATION CONDITIONS
*Registration fees include attendance to all sessions, morning and afternoon teas, lunch, Welcome Reception Party, Awards Dinner and delegate satchel. Golf Tournament not included.
**Golf Tournament includes green fees, refreshments and cart hire. NB, club hire, shoe hire and pro shop purchases not included.
PIR reserves the right to limit the number of attendees. Delegates are only assured of a place upon confirmation. The registration fee does not include accommodation, airfares or transfers.
All accommodation and travel arrangements should be made by delegates. You can arrange accommodation by completing the Accommodation Booking Form at www.pirforum.com.au. Delegates will need to send it directly to the Hyatt Regency Coolum via FAX: + 61 7 5446 4025 PRIOR TO Thursday, 11 Sep 2008. Hotel reservations will only be accepted upon receipt of the completed Reservation Form together with the deposit. Terms and conditions apply to accommodation bookings. Room availability is limited.
Privacy policy: By registering for this Forum you agree to your name and contact details being included in the Delegate’s Listing which is only made available to other delegates for networking purposes. If you do not want your name listed on the Delegate’s Listing, you must advise PIR in writing at least one week prior to the commencement of the Forum.
Cancellation policy: From the time of registration until 14th September - 50% of registration fee paid; after 15th September - no refund.
